Security Deposit
A $300 security deposit is required to reserve the apartment prior to occupancy. The deposit shall be regarded as security for the care and safe keeping of the premises by tenant, return of the original keys to the Property Manager upon vacating the apartment, and payment of rent and other charges when due. The Property Manager will return any balance of the security deposit to the tenant, following any deductions for the above-referenced charges, within forty-five (45) days of the termination of the Lease Agreement, provided the tenant leaves a valid forwarding address with the Property Manager.
Double Occupancy (per bedroom)
$2,100 Per Semester - pricing is all inclusive, with all utilities, trash, and high speed, unlimited Wi-Fi included in price

Receive a 10% discount if paid in full on move-in day.

Payment Option #2 - Payment Plan
5 payments of $420.00
Fall payment due dates: Spring payment due dates:
Move in day January 1st
Septemeber 1st February 1st
October 1st March 1st
November 1st April 1st
December 1st May 1st
Please keep in mind, the payment plan is just that. The monthly payment is NOT a monthly rent payment. The Spring semester may end the 2nd week of May, but you are still responsible for the full payment in May.
Payment Option #3 - Pell Grant
Payment of $420 MUST be paid the day of move in.
The remaining $1680 may be paid when the students Pell Grant check is received. Student must provide a letter from the financial aid office by September 1, showing the amount of aid to be received by the student.
