When can I move in and when will I know who my roommate will be?

Move in dates for Fall 2018 are August 10 and 11 from 9am - 4pm  and August 12 from 10am-4pm.  If you need to arrive after 4pm, please email us using the 'Contact Us' link above to schedule an appointment time.  Room assignments should be completed by July 31.  If you provided your email address on your Housing Agreement, we will send you an email with the names of your roommates.

How do I apply for housing?

Click on the 'Contact Us' button in the top right hand corner of our page.  Click on the 'New Student Request' and fill the info and submit the request.  Your $300 security deposit is due to hold your room.   You can pay the $300 at the time you submit your form with a credit/debit card OR you can mail a check.  If payment is not received within 10 days of your request, your request will be considered VOID.  If you have additional questions, please email the Property Manager at sic.campusliving@hotmail.com.

What should I bring with me?

• TV, Microwave (maximum 1200 watts)

• Dishes, utensils (apartments have full kitchen)

Please note that Campus LIving does not insure student's property or pay for any damage and/or theft that may occur during your stay with us. We highly encourage each resident student to acquire their own renter’s insurance.
